Overview
LABO LB-203P Electronic Analytical Balance is a precision instrument dedicated to paper related measurement. It is mainly used for the measurement of paper Grammage, Moisture, Corrugated Board delamination Basis Weight, and the determination of paper and Cardboard absorbency in water by Cobb method.
Features
1. Four-stage shockproof filter adjustable function.
2. Large LCD interface with backlit display.
3. Dual range, dual accuracy adjustable function.
4. Lock Current Operating Mode/Unit Function.
5. Anti-interference, anti-static metal shell; the fuselage is all aluminum alloy.
6. Stabilization time adjustable function.
7. There are seventeen international units such as grams, carats, pounds, and ounces.
8. Built-in time and date adjustable function.
9. Set object weighing and counting function; percentage weighing; full range of products AC and DC dual-use.
Principle
Based on the Strain Sensor technology, this product accurately calculates mass by measuring the sensor deformation caused by the weight of the object. It has shock filtering and Stabilization time adjustable functions to ensure fast and stable accurate readings in complex environments.
Applications
Paper Grammage measurement, paper moisture measurement, Corrugated Board delamination quantitative analysis, Paper and Cardboard absorbency determination (Cobb method)
Standards
GB/T462、GB/T451.2、ISO536、TAPPI T410
Steps
Balance is placed on a smooth, vibration-free table, and ensure that the Power supply voltage is AC220V +/- 22V 50Hz and reliably grounded.
2. According to the measurement requirements, select the corresponding Operating Mode (such as Grammage, Moisture, Cobb method, etc.) and display unit through the function keys.
3. If you need to calibrate, use the matching 100g test weight for calibrating operation.
4. Place the sample to be tested in the center of the φ 110mm pan.
5. Wait for the display value to stabilize (Stabilization time ≤ 2 seconds), read and record the measurement results.
6. After the measurement is completed, remove the sample and clean the pan.
Notice
* Operating Environment Temperature should be between 12 ℃~ 30 ℃ to ensure Measurement accuracy.
The power supply must be reliably grounded to prevent static interference and equipment damage.
* Avoid use in environments with strong airflow, vibration or severe electromagnetic interference.
* When weighing, please place the sample gently in the center of the pan to avoid Impact.
* Regularly calibrate with standard weights to ensure Balance accuracy.
* When cleaning, please use a soft dry cloth to wipe and avoid the use of chemical solvents.
When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
