Overview
LABO LB-2004 Electronic Analytical Balance is a professional instrument for the accurate measurement of paper Grammage, Moisture, Corrugated Board delamination Basis Weight, and Paper and Cardboard Water Absorbency by Cobb method. It has High Accuracy weighing capabilities and is suitable for laboratory and industrial quality control.
Features
1. With four-stage shock-proof filter adjustable function.
2. Adopt a large LCD interface with backlit display.
3. Support dual range, dual accuracy adjustable function.
4. Lock Current Operating Mode and Unit.
5. Adopt anti-interference and anti-static metal shell, and the fuselage is all aluminum alloy.
6. Stabilization time is adjustable.
7. Support 17 international units such as grams, carats, pounds, and ounces.
8. Built-in time and date adjustable function.
9. With the function of setting object weighing and counting, percentage weighing, and a full range of AC and DC dual-use products.
Principle
The Electronic Analytical Balance is based on the principle of strain Sensor. When the measured object is placed on the pan, the Sensor converts the weight signal into an electrical signal. After filtering, amplification and analog-to-digital conversion by internal circuits, it is processed by a microprocessor and displays the exact weight value.
Applications
Paper Grammage and Moisture Determination, Quantitative Analysis of Corrugated Board delamination, Paper and Cardboard Absorbency (Cobb Method) Determination
Standards
GB/T462、GB/T451.2、ISO536、TAPPI T410
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, level surface, connect the power supply, and ensure reliable grounding.
2. Stabilize the instrument according to the Operating Environment Temperature (12 ℃~ 30 ℃).
3. According to the measurement requirements, select the corresponding Operating Mode (such as Grammage, Moisture, Cobb method, etc.) and display unit through the menu.
4. If you need to calibrate, use the standard 100g test weight for calibrating operation.
5. Place the sample to be tested gently in the center of the φ 110mm pan and wait for the display to be stable (Stabilization time is adjustable, usually ≤ 2 seconds) before reading the data.
6. Further analysis can be performed using functions such as counting and percentages.
7. After use, turn off the power and clean the pan.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 22V 50Hz and reliable grounding before use.
• Please use the Balance on a stable, vibration-free, horizontal table away from airflow and magnetic fields.
• Operating Environment Temperature should be in the range of 12 ℃~ 30 ℃ to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Handle with care when weighing to avoid Impact pan and make sure the sample is placed in the center of the pan.
• Regularly calibrate with standard 100g test weight to ensure accuracy.
• Use a soft dry cloth when cleaning and avoid using chemical solvents.
The instrument has a Minimum Weight (0.0003g) below which measurements may not be accurate.
