Principle
The device precisely controls the heating system through a High Accuracy microcomputer temperature controller to generate a high temperature environment. At the same time, the hot air circulation system driven by a low-noise, high-temperature resistant motor makes hot air force circulation in the studio (liner) through optimized air duct design to achieve fast and uniform drying or aging effect.

Steps
1. Connect the device power supply (AC220V +/- 22V 50Hz 4KW) to reliable ground.
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 150 ° C) through a High Accuracy microcomputer thermostat.
3. Put the paper, Cardboard or other materials to be tested into the studio (size: 340 * 320 * 320mm).
4. Start the equipment, the hot air circulation system starts to work, and the drying or aging test is carried out.
5. After the test, remove the sample and turn off the power of the device.
Notice
Equipment power supply (AC220V +/- 22V 50Hz 4KW) must be reliably grounded.
• Do not touch high-temperature parts such as liners while the equipment is running to prevent burns.
• When placing the sample, make sure it does not block the air duct to ensure Temperature uniformity.
• When cleaning the liner, wait until the equipment is completely chilled down.
• Operating temperature of the equipment is high, please pay attention to ventilating and keep away from flammable and explosive materials.
