Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK-6500-4 industrial touch screen host controller is a high-performance industrial control device. It uses a 7-inch 260,000 true color display and a four-wire resistive touchpad, which is precise and durable. The device is equipped with a high-performance Cortex M4 processor with a main frequency of up to 180MHz, and supports U disk storage of historical data and alarm information. Storage capacity is large, which is convenient for later Data analysis.
Features
1. Sign in password to prevent misoperation by irrelevant personnel;
2. The channel can be set freely, making it convenient for users to configure flexibly.
3. Support historical data U disk storage;
4. Support historical alarm information U disk storage;
5. The historical data recording time interval can be set.
6. Provide four alarm modes for free setting.
7. Equipped with time display and setting functions.
8. Support up to 32 RS485 devices and 16 4-20mA devices simultaneously.
9. 4 passive dry node outputs are provided by default, and relay expansion modules can be equipped according to user requests.
Principle
The host controller uses its RS485-1 interface as the host to read the real-time concentration data of the external detector. At the same time, the RS485-2 interface can be used as the slave interface for the external DCS or PLC system to read the local monitoring data. The device supports 4-way three-wire system 4-20mA analog signal input, and supplies power to the whole system and some external devices through the built-in 24V/2A switching power supply. When an alarm condition is detected, the device can drive the built-in buzzer to issue an alarm and store the alarm record to the U disk.
Applications
Industrial process monitoring, environment monitoring, security alarm systems, data collection and analysis
Standards
Support standard ModbusRTU protocol
Steps
1. Wall-Mounted installation through the back wall hole;
2. Connect the AC220V power supply.
3. Power the external detector and connect it for communication through the 24V power supply of the external terminal block and the RS485-1 interface.
4. Connect the detector through the RS485-1 interface.
5. Connect to the host computer (DCS/PLC) through the RS485-2 interface.
6. Connect a 4-20mA input signal.
7. Insert the U disk into the designated interface for Data storage;
8. System settings through Touchscreen after power on, including password, channel, alarm mode, time, etc.;
9. Configure relay output and alarm parameters.
10. Start monitoring and data logging.
Notice
• When installing, please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is between -20 and 70 ° C, the Humidity is between 0 and 90% RH and there is no condensation.
• The input power supply is AC220V, please do not connect it incorrectly.
• The external terminal block can provide DC24V power supply for the detector, please pay attention to the load capacity when using it.
• The RS485-1 interface is used to connect the detector (host mode), and the RS485-2 interface is used to connect the host computer (slave mode), please do not confuse.
• The 4-20mA input interface is a three-wire connection method. Please pay attention to the interface definition (24V-, current input, 24V +) when wiring.
• The relay output is a passive dry node, the contact point capacity is 30V/3A or 250V/3A, please do not use it beyond the limit.
For storage, please use compatible products to ensure reliable data storage.
• When making system settings (such as modifying the slave address), please follow the instructions in the manual.
• Device power consumption is less than 7W, but still need to ensure good heat dissipation.
