Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK-6500-16 Industrial Touch Screen Host Controller is a high-performance industrial monitoring device. It uses a 7-inch 260,000 true color display and a four-wire resistive touchpad for accurate touch accuracy and durability. The device is equipped with a high-performance Cortex M4 processor with a main frequency of up to 180MHz, which supports U disk storage of a large amount of historical data, providing convenience for later Data analysis.
Features
1. Sign in the password to prevent misoperation by irrelevant personnel;
2. The channel is freely set, which is convenient for users to configure flexibly.
3. Historical data U disk storage;
4. Historical alarm U disk storage;
5. The historical data recording time interval can be set.
6. Four alarm modes can be set freely.
7. Time display and setting.
8. Support up to 32 485 devices + 16 4-20mA devices at the same time;
9, the default 4 passive dry node output, can be equipped with relay expansion module according to user request.
Principle
The host controller reads the real-time concentration data of the external detector as the host through the RS485-1 interface, and provides the monitoring data to the external DCS or PLC system as a slave through the RS485-2 interface. It also supports 4-20mA analog signal input. The device has a built-in alarm buzzer, which triggers sound and light alarms when an alarm condition is detected, and stores the alarm information and historical data to the U disk together. The system is powered by a built-in 24V/2A switching power supply, and provides power and Communication interface for the external detector.
Applications
Industrial process monitoring, environment monitoring, security alarm systems, data collection and analysis
Standards
ModbusRTU protocol
Steps
1. Wall-Mounted installation through the back wall hole.
2. Connect the AC220V input power supply.
3. Power the external detector and connect the communication cable through the 24V power supply of the external terminal block and the RS485-1 interface.
4. Connect the 4-20mA device to the corresponding three-wire input interface.
5. Perform system settings through Touchscreen, including time setting, channel configuration, alarm mode setting, data recording interval setting, etc.
6. Insert a USB stick to store historical data and alarm records.
7. Set the password and Sign in the system to start monitoring.
Notice
• When installing, please make sure that the screw holes on the back are aligned, the large hole is 11mm, the small hole is 5mm, and the hole spacing is 250mm * 218mm.
• The input power supply is AC220V, please confirm that the power supply voltage matches.
When powering an external tester, pay attention to the 24V output capacity of the external terminal block.
When connecting a 4-20mA device, pay attention to the three-wire interface definition (24V-, current input, 24V +).
• RS485-1 interface is used to connect the detector (host mode), and RS485-2 interface is used to connect DCS/PLC (slave mode), please do not connect incorrectly.
• The relay output is a passive dry node, and the default number corresponds to the relay numbers 33 to 36 in "Slave Settings". Please pay attention to the contact point capacity (30V/3A or 250V/3A) when using it.
The storage U disk format is CSV, and a single file can store 1 million records.
• Equipment Ambient Temperature -20~ 70 ℃, Humidity 0~ 90% RH No condensation, please ensure that it is used under permissible environment conditions.
• When performing system settings or modifying slave addresses, please use the password to Sign in to prevent misoperation.
