Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK-6500-48 Industrial Touch Screen Host Controller is a high-performance industrial control device. It uses a 7-inch 260,000 true color display and a four-wire resistive touchpad for accurate and durable touch. Equipped with a Cortex M4 processor with a clock frequency of up to 180MHz, it supports U disk storage of a large amount of historical data and alarm information for later analysis. The host supports Wall-Mounted installation, with multi-channel access and flexible alarm settings.
Features
1. Sign in the password to prevent misoperation;
2. Free channel settings, flexible configuration;
3. Historical data U disk storage;
4. Historical alarm U disk storage;
5. The historical data recording time interval can be set.
6. Four alarm modes can be set freely.
7. Time display and settings.
8. Support up to 32 485 devices + 16 4-20mA devices at the same time;
9. Default 4-channel passive dry node output, can be equipped with relay expansion module according to requirements.
Principle
The host reads the real-time data of the external detector as a host through the RS485-1 interface, and communicates with the external DCS or PLC system as a slave through the RS485-2 interface. It receives 4-20mA analog signal or RS485 digital signal from the detector, which is processed and monitored by a high-performance processor. When the monitoring value triggers a preset alarm condition, the host can drive the built-in buzzer alarm, and output the passive dry node signal through the relay. All historical data and alarm records can be stored to the U disk.
Applications
Industrial process monitoring, environment safety monitoring, Gas detection system, PLC/DCS Data Transmission Service, Alarm Control Center
Standards
ModbusRTU protocol
Steps
1. Use the back wall hole for Wall-Mounted installation.
Connect the AC220V power supply to power the system.
3. Through the 24V output of the external terminal block and the RS485-1 interface, power the external detector and connect the communication cable.
4. Connect the 4-20mA detection device to the corresponding three-wire input interface.
5. Perform system settings through Touchscreen, including time setting, channel configuration, alarm mode setting, etc.
6. Insert the U disk into the specified interface and set the Data storage interval.
7. After the setting is completed, the system starts monitoring, and real-time data and history can be viewed through the Touchscreen.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is disconnected when installing, and check that the input power supply is AC220V.
When connecting the external detector, please carefully check the three-wire definition of the 4-20mA interface (24V-, current input, 24V +) to avoid wrong connection.
• RS485 communication requires the use of standard Modbus RTU protocol and attention to bus wiring specifications.
• Relay output is a passive dry node, do not exceed its touch point capacity (30V/3A or 250V/3A).
• It is recommended to use a compatible brand for storing U disks, and back up data regularly.
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at -20~ 70 ℃, Humidity 0~ 90% RH without condensation.
• Before performing operations such as parameter modification, please use the password to Sign in to prevent unauthorized operations.
