Overview
The JINPUTE 400x measurement instrument is an intelligent mini micro-measurement instrument that integrates all-aluminum CNC machining body, touch switch, dual-mode WiFi connection, 2000mAh built-in lithium battery, focusing motor, Optical inspection high-resolution lens and micro-measurement APP functions. The maximum magnification can reach 600x. It supports wireless connection of mobile phones, tablets and computers, breaking through the operation and space limitations of traditional micro-measurement, providing convenience for the field of micro-precision measurement. The 400x model is specially designed for gravure plate and anilox roller, which is used for plate inspection, checking the mesh gap Dot, mesh damage and plugging degree.

Principle
The measurement instrument captures microscopic images through an Optical inspection high-resolution lens and converts the images into digital signals using a CMOS photosensitive chip. The image is wirelessly transmitted to devices such as mobile phones, tablets or computers through WiFi connection. Users can use the built-in microscopic measurement APP on the device to observe. The APP integrates intelligent focusing algorithm and touch measurement functions to realize micron-level High Accuracy measurement and analysis of image size, angle, area and other parameters.
Applications
Printing inspection, check the ink loss in the net pit, the transfer status of inks, Dot three-dimensional shape, gravure plate inspection, check the net gap Dot, network damage, and the degree of blockage
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the device.
2. Connect the measurement instrument to the mobile phone, tablet or computer through WiFi direct connection or hotspot mode.
3. Open the corresponding micro measurement APP on the device.
4. Aim the measurement lens at the sample to be tested.
5. Use the automatic or manual focus function to make the image clear.
6. Make the required measurement (such as length, angle, area, etc.) by touch operation on the APP screen.
7. One-click shooting and storage of images and measurement data.
Notice
• Operating Temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, Storage Temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, please use and store in the specified environment.
• Ensure that the battery of the device is sufficient to achieve continuous shooting for about 4 hours.
• Please use a 2.4G WiFi network when connecting.
• When making measurements, select the appropriate Illuminant mode according to sample characteristics (e.g. UV or IR observation is required).
• Network cable Dot ratio measurement is an optional function, please pay attention to the product configuration.
• Do not use in environments that exceed the specified Humidity range or have strong electromagnetic interference, so as not to affect the Measurement accuracy and equipment life.
