Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK-6500-4 industrial touch screen host controller is a high-performance industrial-grade management host. It uses a 7-inch 260,000 true color display screen and a four-wire resistive touchpad, which has the characteristics of high touch accuracy and long life. The host is equipped with a high-performance Cortex M4 processor with a main frequency of 180MHz, which supports U disk storage of historical data and alarm information, which is convenient for later Data analysis.
Features
1. Sign in password function to prevent misoperation by irrelevant personnel.
2. The channel can be set freely, which is convenient for users to configure flexibly.
3. Support historical data U disk storage.
4. Support historical alarm information U disk storage.
5. The historical data recording time interval can be set.
6. Provide four alarm modes for free setting.
7. Equipped with time display and setting functions.
8. Support up to 32 485 devices and 16 4-20mA devices simultaneously.
9. 4 passive dry node outputs are provided by default, and relay expansion modules can be equipped according to user requests.
Principle
The host reads the real-time concentration data of the external detector as the host through the RS485-1 interface, and communicates with the external DCS or PLC system as the slave through the RS485-2 interface. It receives the signal from the 4-20mA analog input or the RS485 digital interface, and judges according to the set alarm mode. When the alarm condition is detected, the built-in buzzer can be driven to issue an alarm sound, and the passive dry node signal can be output through the relay. All historical data and alarm records can be stored in the U disk.
Applications
Industrial process monitoring, environment monitoring, security alarm systems, data collection and analysis
Standards
ModbusRTU protocol
Steps
1. Wall-Mounted installation through the back wall hole.
Connect the AC220V power supply to power the system.
3. Power the external detector and connect the communication cable through the 24V power supply of the external terminal block and the RS485-1 interface.
4. Connect the 4-20mA device to the corresponding three-wire input interface.
5. Perform system settings through Touchscreen, including time setting, channel configuration, alarm mode selection, data recording interval setting, etc.
6. Insert a USB flash drive to store historical data and alarm information.
7. After the setting is completed, the host starts collecting data and running monitoring.
Notice
* Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is between -20~ 70 ℃, Humidity is between 0~ 90% RH and no condensation when installing.
When connecting external devices, please confirm that the three-wire connection method (24V-, current input, 24V +) of the 4-20mA interface is correct.
* Relay output is a passive dry node, please pay attention to the contact point capacity (30V/3A or 250V/3A) when using.
* When the RS485-2 interface is used as a slave, its slave address needs to be modified in "System Settings".
* Built-in buzzer alarm function requires the "Alarm Sound" option to be turned on in "System Settings".
Power consumption is less than 7W, please ensure stable power supply.
* Default relay output numbers correspond to relay numbers 33, 34, 35, 36 and their total alarm output in "Slave Settings" from left to right.
