Overview
SK-6500-8 industrial touch screen host controller is a high-performance industrial control device, using 7-inch 260,000 true color display and four-wire resistive touchpad, with high touch accuracy and long life. The device is equipped with high-performance Cortex M4 processor, the main frequency is up to 180MHz, and it supports U disk to store a large amount of historical data and alarm information, which provides convenience for later Data analysis.
Features
1. Sign in password function to prevent misoperation by irrelevant personnel;
2. The channel can be set freely, allowing users to configure it flexibly.
3. Support historical data U disk storage;
4. Support historical alarm information U disk storage;
5. The historical data recording time interval can be set.
6. Four alarm modes can be set freely.
7. Equipped with time display and setting functions.
8. Simultaneously support access to up to 32 485 devices and 16 4-20mA devices;
9. 4 passive dry node outputs are provided by default, and relay expansion modules can be equipped according to user requests.
Principle
The controller reads the real-time concentration data of the external detector as the host through the RS485-1 interface, and communicates with the external DCS or PLC system as a slave through the RS485-2 interface. The device supports 4-20mA analog signal input, and processes data through the internal processor to realize functions such as monitoring, alarm, Data storage, etc. The built-in buzzer emits an audible prompt when alarming, and the relay can perform alarm output or control.
Applications
Industrial process monitoring, environment monitoring, Safety alarm system, Gas detection system, PLC/DCS data collection and integration
Standards
Support standard ModbusRTU protocol
Steps
1. Wall hanging installation, refer to the hole size on the back (large hole 11mm, small hole 5mm, hole spacing 250mm * 218mm);
2. Connect the AC220V power supply to power the built-in switching power supply;
3. Power the external detector and connect it for communication through the 24V output of the external terminal block and the RS485-1 interface.
4. Connect the 4-20mA device to the corresponding three-wire input interface.
5. Connect to the DCS or PLC system through the RS485-2 interface (if required).
6. Insert the U disk into the U disk interface for Data storage;
7. After power on, perform system settings through Touchscreen, including password settings, channel configuration, alarm mode settings, time settings, etc.;
8. Configure each input channel and corresponding relay output according to the "slave settings".
Notice
• When installing, please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is between -20 and 70 ° C, the Humidity is between 0 and 90% RH and there is no condensation.
• The input power supply is AC220V, please confirm that the power supply voltage matches.
• When connecting the external detector, please connect the three-wire 4-20mA interface (24V-, current input, 24V +) correctly.
• The relay output is a passive dry node, the contact point capacity is 30V/3A or 250V/3A, please do not use it beyond the limit.
• When used as an RS485 slave, its slave address needs to be modified in "System Settings".
• The default relay output number corresponds from left to right to the relay numbers 33, 34, 35, 36 in "Slave Settings" and their total low and total high output.
• Built-in buzzer alarm function You need to turn on the "Alarm Sound" option in "System Settings".
• Device power consumption is less than 7W, the output power supply is DC24V/2A, do not overload.
• Please set the Sign in password before operation to prevent misoperation.
