Overview
SKYEAGLEE SK-6500-16 Industrial Touch Screen Host Controller is a high-performance industrial control device. It uses a 7-inch 260,000 true color display and a four-wire resistive touchpad for precise and durable touch. The core is equipped with a high-performance Cortex M4 processor with a main frequency of up to 180MHz, which supports U disk storage of a large amount of historical data for later analysis.

Principle
The host reads the real-time data of the external detector as a host through the RS485-1 interface, and communicates with the external DCS or PLC system as a slave through the RS485-2 interface. It receives 4-20mA analog signal or RS485 digital signal from the detector for data processing, display and storage. When the detection value reaches the preset alarm condition, the host can issue an alarm sound through the built-in buzzer, and drive the corresponding relay to output the passive dry node signal.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply;
2. Provide DC24V power supply to the external detector through the external terminal block and connect the signal line.
3. Data storage settings using the U disk insertion interface;
4. System settings through Touchscreen, including passwords, channel configuration, alarm mode, time, etc.
5. Monitor real-time data, and the host will perform data recording and alarm Response according to the settings.
Notice
• When installing, please make sure that the holes of the wall-mounted screws on the back are aligned, and the hole spacing is 250mm * 218mm.
• When wiring the external terminal block, please pay attention to the positive cathode and signal line definitions of the 24V power supply and RS485-1 interface.
• The 4-20mA input interface is a three-wire connection method, and the interface definition is 24V-, current input and 24V + from left to right.
• Relay output is a passive dry node, please pay attention to its number correspondence and contact point capacity (30V/3A or 250V/3A).
• Equipment Ambient Temperature -20~ 70 ℃, Humidity 0~ 90% RH No condensation, do not use in environments beyond this range.
• When setting up the system, please keep the Sign in password properly to prevent misoperation.
• The built-in buzzer alarm function needs to be turned on in "System Settings" before it can take effect.
