YIHENG DHG-9031A Benchtop drying oven adopts natural convection circulation mode, and the stainless steel liner has the advantages of anti-corrosion and easy cleaning. The drying oven has an input Power of 800W, a volume of 27L, and is equipped with two shelves. It is suitable for drying, baking wax melting, sterilizing and other occasions.
Features
1, the use of natural convection cycle, no noise, to avoid the evaporation of the sample during the test.
2. The liner is made of stainless steel, and the liner has a four-corner and half-arc transition, which is convenient for cleaning the studio.
3. Adopt microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
4. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)
5. Can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface, used to connect to a printer or computer, and can record changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
DHG-9031A Benchtop drying oven uses natural convection cycle mode to work, and the temperature is precisely controlled by microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller to realize drying, baking and other processes.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and set the required temperature parameters.
2. Select timing function or programming control (optional) as required.
3. Place the sample on the shelf and close the box door.
4. Start the equipment and monitor the operating status.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC 220V 50Hz requirement before use.
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of RT + 5~ 35 ℃.
• The over-temperature protection function is optional, if you need to use it, please confirm the installation.
• Pay attention to the use of semi-circular arc transition design when cleaning the liner.
• Optional functions such as independent temperature limit alarm, RS232/485 interface, etc. need to be configured separately.
