YIHENG DHG-9051A laboratory drying oven is a laboratory Benchtop drying oven for drying, baking wax melting, sterilizing, etc. It adopts a microcomputer PID controller with over-temperature deviation protection, and has a timing function and high temperature control accuracy. The input Power of DHG-9051A laboratory drying oven is 1000W, the effective volume is 56L, and the liner size is 350x350x460mm.
Features

Principle
DHG-9051A laboratory drying oven adopts microcomputer PID controller for temperature control, and realizes uniform heating through natural convection cycle to ensure stable temperature in the box. Optional multi-stage programmable controller can realize automatic setting and programming control of parameters such as temperature, circulating wind speed, time and heating rate.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Start the device, and the microcomputer PID controller automatically controls the temperature.
3, optional multi-stage programmable controller, preset temperature rise layer and automatic operation program.
4. After the experiment is completed, turn off the equipment and clean the studio.
Notice
• When the temperature limit is exceeded, the independent temperature limit alarm system automatically interrupts the operation to ensure safety.
• Optional independent limit alarm, RS232/485 interface, embedded printer or multi-segment programmable LCD temperature controller for enhanced functionality.
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of RT + 5~ 35 ℃.
• When cleaning the studio, pay attention to the liner four corners and a half arc transition design for easy operation.
