Overview
YIHENG DHG-9055A blast drying oven is a Benchtop blast drying oven with blue steel shell. The inner body is made of mirror stainless steel argon arc welding. The input Power is 1100W, the volume is 50L, and the Temperature range is RT + 10~ 300 ℃. It is suitable for drying treatment in laboratory and industrial fields.

1. Adopt microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
2. The inside of the box is made of mirror stainless steel argon arc welding, and the outside of the box is made of good steel plate, which is beautiful and novel in appearance.
3. The intake and exhaust volume of the box can be adjusted from the temperature control panel.
4. The hot air circulation system consists of fans that can operate continuously at high temperatures and suitable air ducts to improve the Temperature Uniformity in the working room.
5. Adopt a new type of synthetic silicon sealing strip, which can operate at high temperature for a long time, has a long service life, and is easy to replace.
6. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)

Principle
The temperature is precisely controlled by the microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller, combined with the hot air circulation system composed of a fan and an air duct, so that the hot air is evenly circulated inside the studio to achieve efficient drying. The intake and exhaust volume can be adjusted from the temperature control panel to ensure Temperature uniformity and Stability.

Steps
1. Power supply voltage AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 300 ℃) and Timer Range (1~ 5999 min) through the microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller.
3. Adjust the intake and exhaust volume of the box as required.
4. Start the equipment and monitor changes in temperature parameters.
5. Turn off the power after use.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of RT + 5~ 40 ℃.
• When the temperature limit is exceeded, the independent temperature limit alarm system will automatically interrupt to ensure safety.
• Regularly check the sealing strip and hot air circulation system to ensure normal operation.
• Optional accessories such as independent temperature limit controller, RS485 interface, etc., need to be configured according to actual needs.
