Overview
YIHENG DHG-9075A digital blast drying oven is a laboratory digital blast drying oven used for drying, sterilizing, baking, etc. The shell is made of good steel plate, and the box is made of mirror stainless steel argon arc welding. The drying oven has an input Power of 1550W and a volume of 80L, with a timing function in the range of 1~ 599min.
Features
1. Adopt microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
2. The inside of the box is made of mirror stainless steel argon arc welding, and the outside of the box is made of good steel plate, which is beautiful and novel in appearance.
3. The intake and exhaust volume of the box can be adjusted from the temperature control panel.
4. The hot air circulation system consists of fans that can operate continuously at high temperatures and suitable air ducts to improve the Temperature Uniformity in the working room.
5. Adopt a new type of synthetic silicon sealing strip, which can operate at high temperature for a long time, has a long service life, and is easy to replace.
6. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)
7. Can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface, used to connect to a printer or computer, and can record changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
The temperature is precisely controlled by the microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller, and the hot air circulation system is composed of a fan and an air duct to circulate the hot air inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature distribution and realize functions such as drying, sterilizing, and baking.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Adjust the intake and exhaust volume of the box as required.
3. Start the equipment and monitor the running status.
4. After the timing expires, the device automatically stops or shuts down manually.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz before use.
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of RT + 5~ 40 ℃.
• Regularly check the sealing strip and hot air circulation system to ensure normal operation.
• Response of independent temperature limit alarm system (if optional).
Avoid operating in humid or flammable environments.
• Disconnect the power supply when cleaning and wipe with a soft cloth.
