PY-H4E Microcomputer Paper thickness tester is a professional testing instrument under the PUYUN brand, dedicated to the thickness measurement of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous sheet materials, Corrugated Board. The instrument is developed in accordance with national standards, adopts mechatronics design, integrates High Accuracy Displacement Sensor, and has the functions of testing, conversion, display, memory, printing and data processing. It is an ideal test equipment for industries and departments such as papermaking, Encasement, scientific research and product mass supervision and inspection.

Principle
The instrument is a mechatronics product. The thickness of the measured sample is accurately determined by the High Accuracy Displacement Sensor measurement of the distance between the probe and the measurement surface. The microcomputer system (ARM processor) inside the instrument is responsible for controlling the measurement process, processing Sensor signals, performing calculations, and displaying the results through the Touchscreen or output through the printer.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the instrument.
2. Perform parameter settings (such as probe descent speed) on the 5-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Place the tested sample on the measurement table.
4. Start the one-click test function, and the instrument automatically completes the measurement.
5. After the measurement is completed, the instrument automatically counts and displays the results, and the data can be printed through the Built-in Printer.
6. If you need to save or further process, you can connect to the computer through the RS232 interface (additional software needs to be purchased).
Notice
* Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between 10 ° C and 35 ° C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 85%.

* The parallelism between the measurement surfaces of the instrument is extremely high, do not bump or contaminate the measurement surfaces.
According to the characteristics of the material being tested, the probe descent speed can be adjusted appropriately.
