Overview
RONGJIDA UJZ-15 mortar Stirrer is a special equipment designed to promote and implement the "JGJ70-90" basic performance test method standard for construction mortar issued by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China. The equipment is mainly used in the construction industry, Universities & colleges, R & D institutions and Quality control departments for mixing wall powder materials and mortar strength tests for brick walls. It has the characteristics of uniform mixing, short mixing time, high efficiency and convenient operation.
Features
1. The stirring blade and the stirring drum adopt a relative swirl/spin design, the stirring blade runs clockwise, and the stirring drum runs counterclockwise.
2. Mix well, with short mixing time and high efficiency.

Principle
The mortar Stirrer makes the stirring blades swirl/spin clockwise through the drive system, and the stirring drum swirl/spin counterclockwise at the same time, forming two relative swirl/spin movements. This relative movement ensures that the material is fully and evenly mixed in the stirring drum.

Steps
Connect the device to a 380V power supply.
2. Put the mortar material to be stirred into the mixing drum, paying attention to the rated capacity of 15L (discharge).
3. Start the equipment, and the stirring blade and the stirring cylinder start to swirl/spin.
4. After achieving the desired mixing effect, turn off the power supply of the equipment.
5. Remove the stirred mortar from the mixing drum.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is 380V and ensure that the equipment is well grounded.
• Do not exceed the rated capacity of the mixing drum (15L discharge capacity) when loading.
• Be careful to keep the gap between the stirring blade and the cylinder wall and cylinder bottom within the specified range (2 +/- 0.5mm) to ensure the mixing effect and equipment safety.
• When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the mixing drum.
• The mixing drum and blades should be cleaned in time after use.
