Overview
This Automatic Film Applicator is a four-in-one economical Lab Film Applicator that integrates Vacuum chuck, heating, bar and drawdown blade functions. It is suitable for film proofing of coatings, paints, polymer materials, glues, Gloss oil, hot-melt adhesives, Resin, lithium batteries and other materials. The application length is within 600mm and the width is within 300mm. It can form thin sheets of 10 microns to several millimeters thick.

Principle
The device firmly adsorbs the substrate (such as the release film) on the Spreader stage through the Vacuum chuck function, and can heat the coating table. When the Spreader, the drawdown blade or bar is driven by the motor to move at a set speed at a uniform speed, and the Stock placed on the substrate is scraped into a uniform film with controllable thickness.
