Overview
The TQC sheen VF2319 Paint Chart is a professional test cardboard for testing the physical performance of coatings, paints and inks, suitable for determining hiding power, opacity and spreading rate. Available in a variety of sizes from DIN A6 to DIN A4, all charts are laminated in a film process with excellent solvent and chemical resistance to ensure uniform film Spreader, and each cardboard also has a dedicated note area for filling in the date, time and test number.
Features
1. Excellent solvent resistance
2. Excellent chemical resistance
3. Film Spreader Uniform
4. Comment section for easy recording of test information
Principle
Paint Chart provides a consistent test substrate through its film laminate surface. When Coating, paints or inks Spreader is on the cardboard, its uniform surface characteristics can accurately reflect the physical performance of the product such as hiding power, Opacity and spreading rate. The solvent resistance and chemical resistance of the laminated film ensure that the substrate is not affected during the test.
Applications
Coating test, paints test, inks test
Steps
1. Prepare samples of coatings, paints or inks to be tested
Step 2 Take a Painted Chart
3. Fill in the test date, time and number in the cardboard annotation area
4. Spreader the test sample evenly on the surface of the cardboard
5. Observe and record hiding power, Opacity and other performance
Step 6 Analyze test results
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the cardboard is clean and free of contamination before use
• Spreaders should be uniform when testing samples
• Avoid testing in extreme temperature and humidity environments
• Record relevant data in time after the test is completed
Keep drying when storing, avoid direct sunlight
