Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT HDM-2000B Electronic Temperature Control Electric Mantle is a equipment specially designed for laboratory liquid heating. It uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass insulating material to seal the resistance wire in the insulating layer and weave it into a hemispherical inner heating heater. With the advantages of large heating area, fast heating, good thermal insulation effect, no open flame, and not easy to bruise Glass utensils, it is a reliable heating equipment for laboratories and fine chemical units in colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection and other industries.
Features
1. Adopt a non-electric shock electronic voltage regulator circuit for more accurate temperature control.
2. Compared with mechanical temperature regulation, it has the advantages of long service life and wide temperature regulation range.
3. Easy to operate, through the power switch and temperature adjustment knob to achieve gradual heating and thermostatic control.
4. The voltmeter displays the working voltage in real time for easy monitoring.
Principle
Electric Mantle forms a hemispherical internal heating heater by sealing the resistance wire with high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass insulating material. When in use, turn on the power switch, the swirl/spin temperature adjustment knob gradually heats up clockwise, and the voltmeter shows the working voltage; when the desired temperature is reached, turn the knob counterclockwise to adjust appropriately to achieve thermostatic.
Applications
Colleges and universities, laboratories in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection and other industries, and fine chemical units
Steps
1. Turn on the power switch.
2. Clockwise swirl/spin temperature adjustment knob gradually heating up, observe the voltmeter display.
3. When the desired temperature is reached, turn the knob counterclockwise to adjust properly to achieve thermostatic.
Notice
• Use it for the first time to heat up slowly. Turn off the power after seeing the raw white smoke. After the smoke dissipates, power on and heat up, and repeat several times until there is no smoke.
• No flammable, explosive, corrosive liquids or gases can enter the Electric Mantle.
• Relative working environment humidity does not exceed 85%.
• It must be grounded, dried and not damp during storage; if it is wet, pay attention to induction electricity when using, do not touch, and restore the insulation performance after drying.
