Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT HDM-5000B Electronic Temperature Control Electric Mantle is specially designed for laboratory liquid heating equipment. It uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass insulating material to seal the resistance wire into a hemispherical inner heating heater in the insulating layer. It has the advantages of large heating area, fast heating, good thermal insulation effect, no open flame, and not easy to bruise Glass utensils. It is suitable for laboratories in various colleges and universities, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection and other industries.
Features
1. Adopt a non-electric shock electronic voltage regulator circuit for more accurate temperature control.
2. Long service life and wide range of temperature regulation.
3. Easy to operate, temperature control is achieved by adjusting the voltage through the knob.
4. The heating area is large, the heating is fast, and the thermal insulation effect is good.
5. No open flame design, safe and reliable.
Principle
Electric Mantle seals the resistance wire in the insulating layer through high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass insulating material to form a hemispherical inner heating heater. After power on, the resistance wire heats up, and the heat is evenly transferred to the heating area to realize liquid heating. The electronic temperature control type adopts a non-electric shock electronic voltage regulation circuit, and the user controls the working voltage through the swirl/spin temperature adjustment knob, so as to accurately adjust the temperature.
Applications
Colleges and universities, laboratories in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection and other industries
Steps
1. Turn on the power switch.
2. Clockwise swirl/spin the temperature adjustment knob, the voltmeter shows the working voltage.
3. Heat up gradually to the required temperature as required.
4. When the temperature is reached, turn the adjustment knob counterclockwise to achieve thermostatic.
Notice
- When using it for the first time, slowly heat up. Turn off the power after seeing the raw white smoke, and turn on the electricity to heat up after the smoke is scattered. Repeat several times until there is no smoke.
- No flammable, explosive, corrosive liquids or gases can enter the Electric Mantle.
- The working environment humidity does not exceed 85%.
- The product must be grounded, dried during storage, and not damp.
- If there is moisture, pay attention to induction when using, do not touch with your hands, and restore the insulation performance after drying.
