Overview
QIWEI HS-601A super thermostatic water bath is a replacement product of super constant temperature water bath. It has dual functions of internal and external circulation, which greatly improves the uneven water temperature at each point in the box and can be connected with external experimental equipment. The instrument has high temperature control accuracy, strong corrosion resistance, compact structure, beautiful appearance, energy saving and long service life. It is suitable for thermostatic test experiments or auxiliary heating in experimental scientific fields such as biology, physics, plants, chemicals, and environmental protection.

Principle
The instrument precisely controls the heating system through the intelligent temperature control instrument, and combines the circulation pump to realize the functions of domestic circulation and external circulation. The domestic circulation ensures that the water temperature in the box is uniform, and the external circulation is connected with the external experimental equipment through the interface to maintain the thermostatic environment.

Steps
1. Plug in the power supply, turn on the "power" switch, and then turn on the cycle button.
2. Press the setting "SET" button to enter the temperature setting state, the last bit of the set value flashes, first press the shift button and then press the digital adjustment button to set the required Operating temperature, and then press the setting confirmation "SET" button to save the set value, the machine enters the automatic control state
3. When external circulation is working, connect the circulating pump outlet with a hose to the inlet of the external container, and connect the circulating pump inlet with a hose to the outlet of the external container; when external circulation is not required, use the hose to directly connect the circulating pump inlet and outlet
Notice
• Before use, a liquid medium should be added to the tank, which cannot be dry burned, and the liquid cannot contain acid and alkaline
• The power supply power should be greater than or equal to the total power of the instrument, and the power supply should have a good grounding device
• The instrument should be placed in a ventilated drying place
• After the machine is used up, shut down and unplug the power plug.
• When adding water, it is not less than 8cm away from the upper cover. Soft water is recommended. Do not use hard water such as well water, river water, and spring water.
• When the heating temperature is too high, do not cover the cover to avoid water vapor entering the display screen
• The hose connection of the inlet and outlet of the circulating pump needs to be firm, and often check whether the hose is aging.
