Overview
The TBJ-X4-ABO Automatic Film Applicator is a perovskite-specific film device designed to address artificial film inconsistencies. Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator replaces manual operation by precisely controlling the speed of the Spreader (infinitely variable speed) and the pressure applied to the film applicator. The device uses a Vacuum chuck to hold the substrate flat on the heating table, and then a High Accuracy film applicator (such as a bar or Film Applicator) moves at a set constant speed to uniformly Spreader the perovskite solution into a wet-film. The standard air knife system can assist in the coating process.

Steps
1. Place the substrate in the coating table Vacuum chuck area and fix.
2. Set the heating temperature according to requirements.

5. Start the device and perform automatic filming.
