Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT RHJZQ-10 Pat Sterile Homogenizer is a device for homogenizing microbial samples. It can put original samples and solvents in blocks, pastes, powders, etc. into a sterile homogenizing bag, and repeatedly pat the hammer plate to refine the sample into a uniform liquid state, which is convenient for microbial analysis and inoculation. The instrument is suitable for homogenizing tissues and microorganisms such as brain, kidney, liver, spleen, etc., and is widely used in food, medicine, clinical, molecular, toxin and bacterial detection and other fields.
Features
1. The operation is simple, convenient, and time-consuming. Just add the sample and diluent to a sterile bag, and automatically complete the homogenization process after closing the door and setting.
2. Effectively separate the particles inside and on the surface of the solid sample to ensure that the sample is uniform and representative.
3. Use a disposable sterile homogeneous bag that does not need to be cleaned after work to prevent cross-contamination and protect the operator's safety.
4. Programmable homogenization speed and timing, each speed is 3 to 12 times per second, and the time is 1 second to 100 minutes or continuous operation to meet different sample requirements.
5. Equipped with 4.3-inch touchscreen display and voice alarm function to enhance operation convenience.
Principle
The instrument repeatedly hammers on the sample homogenization bag by hammering the plate to generate pressure, cause oscillation, and accelerate mixing, so that the microbial components in the solution are evenly distributed. The homogenization bag is made of special sterile material and is clamped and sealed by the crossbar on the Homogenizer door to prevent the solution from overflowing. Users can set the homogenization speed and time according to the sample and solvent conditions. For example, mouse or rat liver can be set for 3 minutes and medium speed 6 to 10 times/second to achieve better homogenization effect.
Applications
Food, drug, clinical, molecular, toxin and bacterial testing
Steps
1. Put the original sample (if the block needs to be cut into about 10 × 10mm) into a sterile homogeneous bag with liquid or solvent.
2. Clip and seal the homogenizing bag through the crossbar on the upper edge of the Homogenizer door.
3. Close the door and set the homogenization speed and timing parameters through the touch screen.
4. Start the instrument, automatically start pat homogenization, and complete Sample Handling.
Notice
• Users of opened homogeneous bags should be sterilized again to ensure sterility.
• The processing capacity of the homogeneous bag is 3-400ml, please do not use it in excess.
• Allow environment temperature of 0~ 35 ℃, avoid operating beyond the range.
• The instrument has no sterilizing and heating functions, and the user needs to handle the relevant needs by himself.
• No need to clean after use, but disposable sterile bags need to be properly disposed of.
