Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT RHJZQ-10M Sterile Homogenizer is a device for microbial Sample Handling, which can make original samples such as blocks, pastes, and powders into refined liquid samples for microbial analysis and inoculation. It is repeatedly hammered on a sterile homogenization bag by hammering the plate to make the sample and solvent mix evenly. It is suitable for homogenization treatment of tissues and microorganisms, and is widely used in food, medicine, clinical, molecular, toxin and bacterial detection and other fields.
Features
1. The operation is simple, convenient, and time-consuming. Just add the sample and diluent to the sterile bag and process it automatically.
2. Effectively separate the particles inside and on the surface of the solid sample to unify the sample and ensure representativeness.
3. Use a disposable sterile homogeneous bag that does not need to be cleaned after work to prevent cross-contamination and protect the operator's safety.
4. Programmable homogenization speed and timing, each speed 3 to 12 times/second, time 1 second to 100 minutes or continuous operation.
5. Equipped with 4.3-inch touchscreen display and voice alarm function to enhance operation convenience.
Principle
This instrument puts the original sample (such as cut into about 10 × 10mm blocks) and the liquid or solvent into a sterile homogeneous bag, and repeatedly hammers the homogeneous bag through the hammer plate to generate pressure, cause oscillation, and accelerate mixing, so that the microbial components in the solution are evenly distributed. The homogeneous bag is made of special sterile material, which is clamped and sealed through the crossbar on the instrument door to prevent the solution from overflowing. The slap plate is continuously hammered to break and mix the sample.
Applications
Food, drug, clinical, molecular, toxin and bacterial testing
Steps
Cut the original sample into about 10 x 10mm blocks and place it in a sterile homogenized bag with liquid or solvent.
2. The homogeneous bag is clamped and sealed through the crossbar on the instrument door.
3. Close the door and easily set the homogenization speed and timing parameters through the touch screen.
4. The instrument automatically starts to pat homogenization to complete Sample Handling.
Notice
- Users of opened homogeneous bags should be sterilized again to ensure sterility.
- Homogenization speed and timing parameters should be reasonably selected according to the sample and solvent conditions. For example, the liver of mice and rats can be set for 3 minutes, and the medium speed can be 6 to 10 times/second.
- Allowable environment temperature is 0~ 35 ℃, Temperature range should be paid attention to when using.
- Homogeneous bags are disposable consumables, do not need to be cleaned after use, avoid repeability to prevent contamination.
