Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT RHJZQ-10JM Pat Sterile Homogenizer is a special equipment for microbial Sample Handling. It can put the original samples such as blocks, pastes, powders and liquid solvents into a sterile homogenization bag, and repeatedly pat the hammer plate to refine the samples into a uniform liquid, which is convenient for microbial analysis and inoculation. The instrument is suitable for tissue and microbial homogenization treatment and is widely used in food, medicine, clinical, molecular, toxin and bacterial detection and other fields.
Features
1. The operation is simple and convenient, just add the sample and diluent to the sterile bag, and automatically complete the homogenization process after setting.
2. Effectively separate particles inside and on the surface of solid samples to ensure sample uniformity and representativeness.
3. Use a disposable sterile homogeneous bag to avoid cross-contamination and protect the operator's safety.
4. No need for cumbersome cleaning after work, saving time.
5. Programmable homogenization speed and timing, flexible to adapt to different sample requirements.
6. Equipped with 4.3-inch touchscreen display and voice alarm function, the operation is intuitive and safe.
7. With sterilizing and heating functions, improve the treatment effect.
Principle
The instrument repeatedly hammers on the sample homogenization bag by hammering the plate to generate pressure, cause oscillation, and accelerate mixing, so that the microbial components in the solution are evenly distributed. The homogenization bag is made of special sterile material and is clamped and sealed along the crossbar through the instrument door to prevent the solution from overflowing. The user can programmably set the homogenization speed (3~ 12 times/second) and homogenization time (1 second to 100 minutes or continuous operation), and optimize the treatment effect according to the sample and solvent conditions. For example, mouse liver can be set for 3 minutes and medium speed 6~ 10 times/second.
Applications
Food, drug, clinical, molecular, toxin and bacterial testing
Steps
1. Put the original sample (if the block needs to be cut into about 10 × 10mm) into a sterile homogeneous bag with liquid or solvent.
2. The homogeneous bag is clamped and sealed along the crossbar on the instrument door.
3. Close the door and easily set the homogenization speed and timing parameters through the touch screen.
4. The instrument automatically starts to pat homogenization to complete Sample Handling.
Notice
• Users of opened homogeneous bags should be sterilized again to ensure sterility.
• Reasonable selection of homogenization speed and timing parameters according to sample and solvent conditions to achieve better results.
• Ensure homogeneous bag sealing during operation to avoid solution overflow.
• Use disposable sterile homogenizing bags to prevent cross-contamination.
