Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT 2XZ-4 DC rotary vane Vacuumpump is the basic equipment for pumping gas from sealing containers. It can be used alone or as a pre-pumping pump for booster pump, diffusion pump, molecular pump, maintenance pump, and titanium pump. The pump is suitable for vacuum drying, freeze drying, vacuum degassing, vacuum Encasement, vacuum adsorption, vacuum forming, coating, food Encasement, printing, sputtering, vacuum casting, Instrument matching, refrigerator air conditioning line and laboratory and other vacuum operations and supporting uses.
Features
1. Adopt low-noise design and precision machining to achieve low noise.

Principle
The pump is swirled/spun in the pump chamber by a rotary vane to achieve gas extraction of the sealing container and form a vacuum environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of 220/380V.
2. Check the pump oil capacity to ensure that the oil capacity is 1 liter.
3. Connect the air intake port (outer diameter φ 30mm) and the exhaust port (KF-25mm).
4. Start the pump and observe whether the rotational speed is stable at 1400rpm.
Monitor the pump oil temperature rise to ensure that it does not exceed 45 degrees Celsius.
6. Configure adapters or interfaces as required.
Notice
• Ensure that the operating voltage is 220/380V to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Regularly check the pump oil to prevent water mixing and prolong the service life;
• Pay attention to noise control and keep the environment quiet;
• Use an anti-return oil device to avoid oil return phenomenon;
• Monitor pump oil temperature rise to prevent overheating;
