AISRY ASR-80L-40 programmable constant temperature and humidity tester is mainly used to detect the performance of materials in various environments, and test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance performance of various materials. The equipment is suitable for mass detection of electronics, electrical appliances, communications, meters, vehicles, plastic products, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, aerospace and other products. It adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC), which transmits the data in the box to the controller through the induction system, and the controller intelligently controls the output power to ensure stable temperature and humidity, and has energy-saving functions.

Principle
The equipment adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC). The system collects the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber through the sensor and transmits it to the controller. According to the setting program, the controller controls the multi-stage intelligent output such as solid state relay (SSR) to equilibrate the output power of heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification and other systems, so as to precisely and stably control the environmental conditions in the test chamber. The refrigeration system uses a Compressor forced refrigeration cycle, and cooperates with an energy-saving regulating valve to achieve segmented control; the humidification system uses a split humidifier to avoid freezing; the air circulation system ensures uniform air circulation in the box.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements (220V/50HZ, allowing a change of +/- 10%).
2. Perform human-machine interaction through the large color touchscreen of the controller, select or edit the test program.

4. Place the sample to be tested on the high-strength stainless steel rack in the box.
5. Close the box door to ensure that the high and low temperature silicone sealing strip is well sealed.
6. Start the test program, the controller will automatically control the operation, and the screen will display the program Linear dispersion and execution status in real time.
7. After the test is completed, the device can be stopped according to the setting to remove the sample.
8. If you need remote control, you can connect to a computer through the RS232 interface for operation.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in the environment temperature 0~ 30 ℃, working environment temperature 5~ 25 ℃ conditions.
• Miscellaneous items should not be placed within 60CM of the equipment to ensure heat dissipation and air circulation.
• When moving the device, please use the high-bearing heavy-duty universal wheel at the bottom to pay attention to stability.
• The humidification system uses a built-in water tank or a drawer-type water filling box to add water. Please pay attention to the water quality. The equipment is equipped with an filtrate system to reduce the frequency of clogging.
• The equipment has comprehensive protection functions. If there is a failure during operation, the screen will display the fault point. Please do not force it to run before the failure is eliminated.
• When conducting low temperature tests, the humidification system adopts a split design to avoid freezing, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the relevant operating conditions.
• The standard load of a single layer of the shelf is 20KG, please do not overload it.
• There is a test hole reserved on the left side of the equipment, please pay attention to the protection of the wiring harness when using it.
• Please disconnect the power supply before long-term use or maintenance.
