AISRY ASR-800L-40 programmable constant temperature and humidity testing machine is mainly used to detect the performance of materials in various environments, test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance performance of various materials. Suitable for mass inspection of electronics, electrical appliances, communications, meters, vehicles, plastic products, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, aerospace and other products. The equipment adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC), which transmits the data in the box to the controller through the induction system. The controller intelligently controls the output power to ensure stable temperature and humidity, and has energy-saving functions.

The controller uses a large color liquid crystal man-machine touch dialog LCD interface, with Chinese and English display, simple operation, and can realize remote control of RS232 computer interface.

Principle
The device adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC). The induction system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller. The controller controls the solid state relay (SSR) to perform multi-stage intelligent output, equilibrate the output power of the temperature and humidity system, so as to ensure the full stability of the temperature and humidity in the test chamber. The system also has an energy-saving function, which can reduce the power of the instrument to a greater extent and ensure the long-term accurate and stable operation of the instrument.

* Miscellaneous items cannot be placed within 60CM of the instrument.
* Power supply voltage requirement is 380V/50HZ, voltage variation allowable value is +/- 10%.
Please be familiar with the human-machine interface and Chinese and English display functions of the controller before operation.
* Note that the equipment has a comprehensive protection system. In the event of a failure, the screen will display the fault point and cause and automatically shut down. It needs to be investigated and resolved before use.
* The humidification system has the function of water circulation and water quality filtrating, which requires regular attention and maintenance.
