Overview
Colony counter (model LC-JLQ-1) is a digital display semi-automatic bacterial inspection instrument, which consists of a counter, a probe pen, a counting pool and other parts. It is widely used in food, beverage, medicine, biological products, daily necessities, drinking water, industrial wastewater, clinical specimens in the inspection of bacteria, can reduce the labor intensity of experimenters, improve work efficiency and work mass.
Features
1. LED digital tube displays the number of colonies, which is clear and intuitive.
2. The counter is designed and manufactured using CMOS integrated circuits.
3. In the black depth background counting pool, the energy-saving ring fluorescent lamp side-shot illumination, the luminance is uniform and not dazzling, and the colony contrast is clear.
4. Grid-shaped counting disc, easy to observe, leak-proof sealing ring, good sealing performance.
5. The counting pen has refill and press counting function, which is convenient for scribbling the counted colonies and easily writing the number of colonies.
6. LC-JLQ-1C with charging function, long standby time and long battery life.
7. LC-JLQ-1C has a voice broadcast function, making counting clearer and more intuitive.
Principle
During operation, the culture dish is placed in the working area, and the colony is clearly displayed on the black background by side-shot illumination. The counting signal is processed by CMOS integrated circuit, and finally the number of colonies is displayed by LED digital tube.
Applications
Health and epidemic prevention stations at all levels, environment monitoring stations, food hygiene supervision and inspection institutes, biological products institutes, drug inspection institutes, food factories, daily chemical factories and Universities & colleges, R & D institutions laboratories
Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V/50Hz or DC12V).
2. Put the culture dish to be tested into the working area of the counting pool (φ 110mm).
3. Turn on the side-illumination Illuminant so that the colony is clearly visible.
4. Use the counting pen to point and press the colonies at the bottom of the culture dish for counting, and the counter counts once per point.
5. Counted colonies can be marked with the refill of the counting pen.
6. Observe the cumulative number of colonies displayed by the LED digital tube.
7. (For LC-JLQ-1C models) Auxiliary confirmation by voice broadcast is available for counting.
8. After the count is completed, record the data and clean the instrument.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of the instrument (AC220V/50Hz or DC12V).
• Do not use in humid or dusty environments to maintain instrument performance.
• Press the counter pen lightly during operation to avoid damaging the culture dish or nib with excessive force.
• Keep the counting pool and counting pen clean to prevent cross-contamination.
• When the instrument is not in use, please disconnect the power supply.
• For the LC-JLQ-1C model, please pay attention to charging in time to ensure battery life.
• Do not disassemble or modify the internal circuit of the instrument yourself.
