Overview
Colony counter is a kind of digital display semi-automatic bacterial inspection instrument, which is composed of counter, probe pen, counting pool and other parts. The product is widely used in the inspection of bacterial numbers in food, beverages, medicines, biological products, sanitary products, drinking water, industrial wastewater, and clinical specimens, which can reduce the labor intensity of experimenters, improve work efficiency and work mass.
Features
1. LED digital tube displays the number of colonies, which is clear and intuitive.
2. The counter is designed and manufactured using CMOS integrated circuits.
3. In the black depth background counting pool, the energy-saving ring fluorescent lamp side-shot illumination, the luminance is uniform and not dazzling, and the colony contrast is clear.
4. Grid-shaped counting disc, easy to observe, leak-proof sealing ring, good sealing performance.
5. The counting pen has refill and press counting function, which is convenient for scribbling the counted colonies and easily writing the number of colonies.
6. With charging function, long standby time and long battery life.
7. With voice broadcast function, the counting is clearer and more intuitive.
Principle
The instrument counts by culture dish at the bottom of the counting pen point type, the trigger signal when the counting pen is pressed, processed by the CMOS integrated circuit and displayed on the LED digital tube accumulated number of colonies, and optional voice broadcast function.
Applications
Health and epidemic prevention stations at all levels, environment monitoring stations, food hygiene supervision and inspection institutes, biological products institutes, drug inspection institutes, food factories, daily chemical factories and Universities & colleges, R & D institutions laboratories
Steps
1. Put the culture dish to be tested into the counting pool working area.
2. Use a counting pen to point at the bottom of the culture dish for counting.
3. The counting pen can simultaneously scribble and mark the counted colonies.
4. Observe the accumulated number of colonies displayed by the LED digital tube, or listen to the voice broadcast.
Notice
Please ensure that the instrument power connection is normal or sufficient before use.
* Please press the counter pen lightly during operation to avoid damaging the culture dish.
Keep the counting pool clean to avoid contaminating samples.
* Do not use this instrument in a humid or dusty environment.
When not in use for a long time, please charge the instrument regularly to maintain battery activity.
