HMD-400 Multifunctional Freeze Grinding Instrument is HUXI brand fine grinding and fine grinding equipment specially designed for laboratory processing of hard, medium hard and brittle samples. Principle
The device realizes the grinding and grinding of samples by vibrating grinding, the vibration speed range is 60-1800r/min, Frequency range is 1-30Hz. By controlling the grinding time and speed parameters, the fine processing of samples of different properties is realized, and various grinding methods such as dry grinding, wet grinding, low temperature grinding and high flux grinding are supported.

Steps
1. Set the grinding program parameters through the large screen touch screen
2. Select the appropriate grinding tank and adapter
3. Place the sample in the grinding tank
4. Set grinding time and speed parameters
5. Start the device for ground processing
6. Remove the sample after the grinding is completed
Notice
• Sample feed size should not exceed 8mm
• Choose the appropriate grinding method and grinding tank according to the nature of the sample
• Pay attention to the setting of the grinding time, the regular grinding time is 1-3 minutes
• Pay attention to the amount of liquid nitrogen used when using low temperature grinding
• The maximum batch processing capacity of the device is 2x20ml
• Make sure the grinding tank is tightened and sealed before grinding
• Select appropriate grinding parameters according to sample type
