Overview
The TR-115H water quality permanganate index (CODmn) tester is developed and designed based on the GB11892-89 standard. It uses potassiumhy permanganate to oxidize the reducing inorganic matter and the organic matter that can be oxidized in the water under the heating condition of acid water bath. The sample Absorbance is detected by Spectrophotometric method, species-trophotometry, and the permanganate index concentration value (mg/L) is directly displayed by microcomputer treatment. The matching finished product reagent makes the detection simple, fast, accurate and safe. Appearance of the instrument is small, fast, easy to operate and low cost. It is widely used in emergency monitoring, sewage treatment, chemical industry, wastewater, food, printing and dyeing and other industries. Principle

Steps
1. Prepare samples and supporting reagents.
2. Use the digestion Colorimetric integrated tube for water bath heating digestion for 13 minutes.
3. Absorbance detection by instrument Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry.
4. The microcomputer automatically processes the data and displays the concentration value.
5. Standard or Continuous Measurement mode is optional.
