Overview
The TR-131H type total phosphorus rapid measuring instrument is developed and designed based on the GB11893 standard. It adopts a closed digestion tube, converts phosphorus-containing compounds into phosphoric acid roots through potassium persulfate oxidation, and reacts with ammonium molybdate and antimony potassium tartrate under acidic conditions to generate phosphomolybdate heteropolyacid. It is reduced to a blue complex by ascorbic acid, and the total phosphorus content is determined by Colorimetry. The instrument adopts a digestion Colorimetric integrated tube detection, which has the characteristics of small and portable, fast detection, simple operation and low cost. It is widely used in emergency monitoring, sewage treatment, chemical industry, food, printing and dyeing and other industries wastewater detection and scientific research and teaching institutions.

Principle
The instrument is based on the ammonium molybdate Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry, which is closed digestion through digestion tube, and converts the phosphorus-containing compound into phosphoric acid root at 125 ℃ with potassium persulfate as oxidation agent. In an acidic environment, the phosphoric acid salt reacts with ammonium molybdate and antimony potassium tartrate to form phosphorus-molybdenum heteropolyacid, which is reduced to blue complex by ascorbic acid. Colorimetry is used to measure, and the total phosphorus content is directly displayed by microcomputer calculation.
Applications
Emergency monitoring, sewage treatment, chemical industry, wastewater, food, printing and dyeing and other industries wastewater testing, R & D institutions, wastewater research in colleges and universities
Standards
GB11893 "Water Quality, Determination of Total Phosphorus, Ammonium Molybdate Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry"
Steps
1. Prepare samples and specialized testing reagents.
2. Use a digestion Colorimetric integrated tube for closed digestion.
3. Dissolve at 125 ° C for 30 minutes.
4. After the reaction generates a blue complex, Colorimetric determination is performed.
5. The microcomputer chip calculates and displays the total phosphorus content.
6. Optional standard measurement or Continuous Measurement mode to complete the operation.
Notice
• Ensure that the digestion environment temperature is controlled at 125 ° C.
