Principle
Based on the HJ 670-2013 standard, under acidic conditions, phosphoric acid salt reacts with ammonium molybdate and potassium antimonoxide tartrate to form phosphomolybdate heteropolyacid, which is reduced to a blue complex by the reducing agent ascorbic acid. Using Colorimetry Colorimetric, the phosphoric acid content (in terms of "P", mg/L) is directly displayed after calculation by a microcomputer chip, and the result is multiplied by 3.10 if required in terms of "phosphoric acid root".
Applications
Emergency monitoring, sewage treatment, chemical industry, wastewater, food, printing and dyeing and other industries wastewater testing, R & D institutions, wastewater research in colleges and universities
Steps
1. Prepare samples and supporting finished reagents.
2. Under acidic conditions, the sample is reacted with ammonium molybdate and potassium antimonoxide tartrate.
3. Add ascorbic acid reducing agent to form a blue complex.
4. Colorimetric determination using digestion Colorimetric tube.
5. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the phosphoric acid content, and can choose standard measurement or continuous Measurement mode.
6. Data can be stored, transmitted, or printed.
Notice
• The operating environment temperature of the instrument should be between 5 and 40 ° C.
• The environment humidity should be ≤ 85% without condensation.
• Use matching specialized reagents to ensure detection accuracy.
• The built-in lithium battery should pay attention to the remaining power display and charge it in time.
The data storage function prevents loss, but regular backups are recommended.
• Users must follow relevant safety regulations when developing procedures and reagents.
• Read the built-in help interface for general precautions before operation.
