Overview
TR-710H portable STIP-scan is developed based on the HJ/T345-2007 standard, and uses o-phenanthroline Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry to detect iron content in water. The instrument converts Fe3 + into Fe2 + through reagents, and forms an orange-red complex with o-phenanthroline. Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry measurement Absorbance, directly displays the iron concentration value (mg/L) after microcomputer treatment. The matching finished reagent makes the detection simple, fast, accurate and safe. It has the characteristics of small, portable and easy operation. It is widely used in emergency monitoring, sewage treatment, chemical industry, food, printing and dyeing and other industries wastewater detection and scientific research and education institutions.

Principle
The instrument is based on the o-phenanthroline Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry. The addition of reagents first converts all the trivalent iron in the water sample into divalent iron, and the divalent iron reacts with o-phenanthroline to form a stable orange-red complex [Fe (Phen) 3] 2 +. Through the Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry detects the Absorbance of the sample at a specific light source wavelength, and the microcomputer automatically processes the data and directly displays the iron concentration value in mg/L.
Applications
Emergency monitoring, sewage treatment, chemical industry, wastewater, food, printing and dyeing, R & D institutions, colleges and universities
Steps
1. Prepare samples and supporting reagents.
2. Add reagents to convert the Fe3 + in the water sample into Fe2 +.
3. Iron divalent reacts with o-phenanthroline to form a complex.
4. Use digestion Colorimetric tube for determination.
5. Absorbance measurement and data processing.
6. Directly read the iron concentration value.
Notice
• Read the help interface before operation to understand the general precautions.
• Ensure that the environment temperature is 5~ 40 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% without condensation.
• Use matching reagents to reduce operating errors.
• Pay attention to the battery level display and charge it in time.
• Data is regularly backed up after storage to prevent accidental loss.
• When a Bluetooth printer is optional, ensure that the wireless connection is stable.
• Custom program development is subject to instrument specifications.
