Principle
The instrument uses a digestion Colorimetric integrated tube for operation. The digestion and result reading of the sample share a reaction tube, without the need to transfer the liquid to the Colorimetric dish. Absorbance measurement of the sample through a cold light source of a specific wavelength, the system directly converts the detection result into the sample concentration value through a specific algorithm. Water samples are measured 10 times or more, and the average value is taken after removing the abnormal value to reduce the influence of dirt, scratches, fingerprints or defective glass tubes on the results. It also prompts the detection of abnormalities such as blank contrast and overrange limit.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and digest it using a Colorimetric tube.
2. Put the reaction tube into the instrument for Absorbance measurement.
3. The instrument automatically performs multiple measurements and removes abnormal values.
4. The system calculates the average value and directly displays the concentration results.
5. If there is any abnormality, the instrument will prompt blank comparison or over-range information.
6. Optional to print test reports or export data through the interface.
Notice
• Make sure to use a qualified digestion Colorimetric tube to avoid dirt, scratches or fingerprints affecting the results.
• Note that the digestion environment temperature is 125 ° C and the time is 30 minutes.
• The detection range is 0~ 250mg/L, and the instrument will prompt when the range is exceeded.
• The operating environment humidity does not exceed 85% without condensation, and the temperature is between 5 and 40 ° C.
