Principle
The digestion Colorimetric integrated tube is used for operation, and the digestion and result reading of the sample share a reaction tube, so there is no need to transfer the liquid to the Colorimetric dish for detection. Absorption measurement is carried out on the sample with a cold light source of a specific wavelength, and the instrument system directly converts the detection result into the sample concentration value through a specific algorithm. The water sample is measured 10 times or more, and the average value is taken after removing the abnormal value to reduce the influence of dirt, scratches, fingerprints or defective glass tubes on the results. Steps
1. Sample Handling with Digestion Colorimetric Tubes.
2. Put the sample tube into the instrument, and the system automatically performs Absorbance measurement.
3. The instrument makes multiple measurements of the water sample and removes abnormal values.
4. Read the concentration results directly, and the system will prompt if there is any abnormality.
Notice
Make sure to use compatible Colorimetric tubes, such as 16mm or 25mm round tubes.
• Pay attention to environmental conditions, environment humidity ≤ 85% non-condensing, environment temperature 5~ 40 ℃.
• Total phosphorus detection needs to be digested at 125 ° C for 30 minutes. Miscellaneous parameters such as ammonia nitrogen, turbidity, and suspended solids do not need to be digested.
• Avoid dirt, scratches, fingerprints or defects in the sample tube, so as not to affect the Measurement accuracy.
