Overview
The total copper Reagent set, containing copper Reagent 1, copper Reagent 2, and copper Reagent 3, is a finished Reagent and can be used directly. The product is based on more than ten years of experimental data and has the characteristics of high Stability, high Accuracy, and wide Measurement range. It is generally used in STIP-scan of all copper-containing parameters under Tongao.
Features
1. Reagent, can be used directly, easy to operate.
2. Stability based on more than ten years of experimental data development.
3. High measurement Accuracy, Measurement range.
4. Strong versatility, suitable for STIP-scan of all copper-containing parameters under Tongao.
Principle
The Reagent is a total copper detection Reagent, and its working principle is based on a specific chemical color reaction. When the Reagent reacts with copper ions in the sample, a complex of a specific Color is formed. The depth of Color is proportional to the concentration of copper ions in the sample. The total copper content in the sample can be calculated by measuring the Absorbance of the Color by STIP-scan.
Applications
Water quality testing, environment monitoring, industrial process control, laboratory analysis
Standards
The Reagent design refers to the relevant water quality testing standard methods, and is suitable for the determination of total copper by supporting instruments.
Steps
1. Prepare the water sample to be tested and the supporting STIP-scan.
2. According to the requirements of the instrument and Reagent instructions, add the specified volume of water sample to the Colorimetric tube or Cuvette.
3. Add Copper Reagent 1, Copper Reagent 2, Copper Reagent 3 in turn, shake well after each Reagent is added.
4. Let the reaction stand for a specified time to achieve complete color development.
5. Put the reacted solution into STIP-scan and select the corresponding total copper detection program for determination.
6. The instrument will directly display or calculate the concentration of total copper in the sample.
