Overview
MP-10C refrigeration and heating circulating tank is a new dual-function constant temperature water bath system of YIHENG brand, which integrates refrigeration and heating. Temperature range is -10~ 100 ℃, liquid filling volume is 4.5L, Heating power is 2250W.
Features
1. Intelligent microcomputer temperature controller, high temperature control accuracy, environmentally friendly refrigerant, Compressor, circulating pump and heating device and other key components are imported products.
2. Over-temperature, low-temperature sound and light tracking alarm and liquid level protection functions ensure that samples are reliably protected without accidents.
3. Equipped with a strong pressure suction pump to provide a thermostatic source for the peripheral groove.
4. Equipped with a connecting port for external baths.
Convenient data processing (optional): can be connected to the printer, 485 Communication interface or USB data transfer interface (U disk), with a computer and printer to record temperature and time Linear dispersion, providing a strong guarantee for data storage and playback during the test.
6. Multi-stage programmable liquid crystal controller (optional): Microcomputer program controls temperature, time and heating rate, and conducts thermostatic test at an extremely fast speed; 15 segments and 30 steps can be programmed, each setting time is 1-99 hours and 59 minutes. Rotation speed of circulating pump is adjustable.
Principle
The product through the microcomputer program to control the temperature, time and heating rate, combined with internal/external circulation mode, the use of environmentally friendly refrigerant and imported Compressor, circulation pump, heating device and other key components, to achieve accurate cooling and heating functions, and through the strong pressure suction pump for the peripheral tank to provide thermostatic source.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and check the liquid level.
2. Set the required temperature and time parameters (e.g. using a multi-stage programmable controller, preset program steps).
3. Start the equipment to monitor temperature fluctuations and alarm functions.
4. Flow rate is adjusted by circulating pump to ensure stable output of thermostatic source.
5. After the test, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Make sure the liquid level is normal before use and avoid dry burning.
• Pay attention to ultra-mild and low temperature alarms and deal with abnormal situations in a timely manner.
• Optional functions need to be booked in advance, and the delivery period may be extended.
• Power supply voltage requirements (AC220V 50HZ) are followed during operation.
