Overview
LC-10N-80D Benchtop freeze dryer uses the principle of sublimation for drying, which quickly freezes the dried substance at low temperature, and then directly sublimates and escapes the frozen water molecules in a vacuum environment. This process keeps the substance in a low temperature freezing state, and the ice crystals are evenly distributed, avoiding the side effects of condensation, foam, oxidation, etc. Finally, a drying substance with a porous dry sponge shape, basically unchanged volume and easy to rehydrate is obtained, which can effectively prevent the physical and biological denaturation of the substance.
Features
1. Equipped with 7-inch color LCD Touchscreen, using PID control, can display temperature, Vacuum Level and browse Linear dispersion, clear and intuitive.
2. The drying chamber is covered with colorless transparent plexiglass, which is convenient for observing the entire freeze-drying process.
3. Equipped with anti-return oil vacuum pump, the host connection adopts international standard KF quick connector, which is simple and reliable.
4. Using the original imported Compressor from Europe, with mixed environmentally friendly refrigerant, the refrigeration is rapid and the freezing temperature is low.
5. The cold trap has a pre-freezing function, which can be used instead of the low temperature refrigerator.
6. Built-in high-efficiency heat exchanger, effectively reducing the cold trap temperature and strong water capture capacity.
7. Equipped with a nitrogen gas charging valve, it can be filled with nitrogen or inert gas for storage after drying.
Principle
The equipment is based on vacuum freeze drying technology. Its Working Principle is to freeze the material quickly at low temperature first, and then in a vacuum environment, the frozen moisture (ice crystals) in the material is directly sublimated to water vapor without going through the liquid state, which is captured by the equipment cold trap to realize the dehydrate drying of the material. The whole process of the material is always in a low temperature state, and the structure is maintained.
Applications
Laboratory sample freeze-drying, biological preparation, drug development, food research, materials science
