Overview
The LC-12N-50A vertical freeze dryer uses vacuum freeze drying technology to dry through the principle of sublimation. This technology will quickly freeze the dried substance at low temperature, and then make the frozen water molecules directly rise and escape in a vacuum environment. During the drying process, the substance is always in a low temperature freezing state, and the ice crystals are evenly distributed, avoiding condensing, foam, oxidation and other side effects. Finally, the drying product with a porous dry sponge shape, basically unchanged volume and easy to rehydrate can effectively prevent the physical and biological denaturation of the substance.

Principle
The device is based on the principle of sublimation for vacuum freeze drying. First, the dried material is rapidly frozen at low temperature, so that the internal moisture forms ice crystals. Then in a vacuum environment, the frozen ice crystals do not go through the liquid water stage, directly sublimate to water vapor and escape from the material, which is captured by the cold trap. The whole process of the material is always in a low temperature freezing state, and the ice crystals are evenly distributed, thus avoiding the condensing phenomenon caused by dehydration and Miscellaneous side effects.
