Overview
The vertical freeze dryer LC-12N-50B is a device that uses vacuum freeze drying technology for material drying. This technology realizes drying on the premise of maintaining the original physical structure and biological activity of the material by rapidly freezing the material at low temperature and directly sublimating and escaping the frozen water molecules in the vacuum environment.

Principle
Vacuum freeze drying is a drying technology using the principle of sublimation. First, the dried substance is quickly frozen at low temperature to solidify the water into ice. Then in a vacuum environment, the frozen ice crystals are directly sublimated into water vapor without going through the liquid state and are captured and removed by the equipment. Since the substance is always frozen before drying and the ice crystals are evenly distributed, the sublimation process avoids side effects such as dehydrate condensation, foam generation and oxidation, and finally obtains a drying product with a porous sponge shape, basically unchanged volume and easy rehydration.
