Overview
The vertical freeze dryer LC-12N-50C is a drying equipment using the principle of sublimation. It will be dried material quickly frozen at low temperature, and then the frozen water molecules directly sublimate and escape in a vacuum environment, so as to maintain the original physical and biological characteristics of the material. After drying, it is porous and easy to rehydrate.
Features

4. Using the original imported Compressor from Europe, with mixed environmentally friendly refrigerant, the refrigeration is rapid and the freezing temperature is low.
5. The cold trap has a pre-freezing function, which can be used instead of the low temperature refrigerator.
6. Built-in heat exchanger, effectively reduce the cold trap temperature, strong water capture capacity.
7. Equipped with a nitrogen gas charging valve, which can be filled with nitrogen or inert gas to maintain the state of the material after drying.
Principle
Vacuum freeze drying is based on the principle of sublimation. First, the dried material is quickly frozen at low temperature, so that the water in it solidifies into ice. Then in a vacuum environment, the ice crystals are directly sublimated to water vapor without going through the liquid state and removed. The whole process of the material is always in a low temperature freezing state, and the ice crystals are evenly distributed, avoiding the side effects of dehydrate condensation, foam generation and oxidation, and finally obtaining the drying product with loose structure, basically unchanged volume and easy to rehydrate.
