Overview
LICHEN LC-12N-80A vertical freeze dryer is a drying equipment using the principle of sublimation. It will be drying material at low temperature quickly frozen, and then in a vacuum environment to freeze the water molecules directly sublimation into water vapor escape, so as to maintain the original properties of the material, drying is porous, easy to rewater.

Principle
Vacuum freeze drying is drying using the principle of sublimation. The dried substance is quickly frozen at low temperature, and then in a vacuum environment, the frozen water molecules are directly sublimated into water vapor and escape. The substance is always frozen before drying, the ice crystals are evenly distributed, and the sublimation process will not condense, avoiding side effects such as foam and oxidation. The drying substance is porous in a dry sponge, and the volume is basically unchanged. It is very soluble in water and returns to its original state.
