LC-CB-1000E ultrasonic cell crushing instrument is produced by LICHEN brand and consists of a host and a sound insulation box. The instrument has complete functions, novel Appearance and reliable performance. It adopts large-screen LCD display and central microcomputer centralized control. It can set ultrasonic output, gap time, Power, duty cycle and temperature, and has functions such as sample temperature detection display, Frequency automatic tracking and automatic fault alarm.

Principle
The ultrasonic cell crushing instrument is centrally controlled by a central microcomputer to generate an ultrasonic frequency of 20-25KHz and automatically track it. The ultrasonic energy is transmitted to the sample through the horn, and physical effects such as cavitation effect are used to crush cells or disperse particles. The instrument adopts pulsed ultrasonic technology and monitors and controls the sample temperature in real time to achieve an efficient and controllable crushing process.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 5%/50Hz).
2. Select the appropriate horn according to the sample capacity (0.1~ 750ml) and characteristics (standard with φ 6mm, optional with φ 2, 3, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15mm).
3. Set parameters through 7-inch Touchscreen: ultrasonic Power (10-1000W adjustable), single ultrasonic time (0.1-99 adjustable), gap time (0.1-99 adjustable), total timing (0-99h59min59S), duty cycle (0.1-99%), target temperature (0-100 ℃).
4. Place the sample on a liftable sample stage and adjust it to the appropriate height.
5. Start the ultrasound program, the instrument starts working and automatically tracks Frequency.
6. Observe the process through a large window, and the instrument will display the real-time temperature and perform over-temperature protection.
7. After the program runs or stops manually, turn off the power and clean the removable window and horn.

• Select the appropriate horn and sample stage height according to the sample capacity and container type.
When setting parameters, pay attention to the reasonable configuration of single ultrasound time, gap time, total timing and duty cycle.
• Please pay attention to the sample temperature displayed on the Touchscreen when operating, and the instrument has an over-temperature protection function.
• Note that the instrument has an overload protection function. In case of an alarm, please check the parameter settings and sample status.
• Please clean the removable acrylic window and horn in time after use.
