LC-CB-1800E ultrasonic cell crushing instrument is a Touchscreen series product under the LICHEN brand, consisting of a host and a sound insulation box. The instrument has complete functions, novel appearance and reliable performance. It adopts large-screen LCD display and central microcomputer centralized control. It can arbitrarily set ultrasonic output, gap time, Power, duty cycle and temperature, and has functions such as sample temperature detection display, Frequency automatic tracking, and automatic fault alarm.

Principle
The ultrasonic cell crushing instrument uses ultrasonic waves to produce cavitation effect in the liquid, and destroys the cell structure through high-frequency vibration and instantaneous high voltage. The instrument is centrally controlled by a central microcomputer to set parameters such as ultrasonic Power, time, gap and duty cycle, and cooperates with Frequency automatic tracking technology to ensure stable energy output. At the same time, the temperature of the sample is monitored by a temperature detection system to achieve an efficient and controllable cell crushing process.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the instrument.
2. Set or select the preset program through the 7-inch Touchscreen, including parameters such as ultrasonic Power, single ultrasound time, gap time, duty cycle, target temperature, etc.
3. Select the appropriate horn according to the sample volume and install it.
4. Place the container containing the sample on the liftable sample stage, and adjust the height so that the end of the horn is immersed in the appropriate depth below the sample liquid level.
5. Close the soundproof box door and start the ultrasound program.
6. Observe the crushing process through a large window, and real-time Power, temperature and other information will be displayed during the operation of the instrument.
7. After the program is completed, remove the sample and turn off the power.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC220V +/- 5%/50Hz requirements before use.
• The end of the horn must be immersed below the sample level, but do not touch the bottom or side walls of the container to prevent damage.
• Select the appropriate horn model according to the sample volume (1~ 1200ml) (standard φ 22mm, optional φ 3, 6, 10, 15, 20, 25mm).
• Be careful to set the appropriate ultrasound time, gap time, and duty cycle to avoid sample overheating.
• The instrument has overload and overtemperature protection functions. If an alarm is triggered, please check the parameter settings and sample status.
• Keep the sound box clean, removable acrylic window for easy cleaning.
• Do not open the soundproof box door for a long time while the instrument is running.
• Please pay attention to safety when moving or cleaning, the net weight of the instrument is 15KG.
