LC-FG-48 Freeze Grinder is a high throughput Sample Handling device with low temperature grinding function, suitable for heat sensitive materials and biological samples. It is designed with international DIN method, low noise, easy to use, stable performance, can ensure that the grinding process is always in a low temperature state, suitable for plants, animals, bacteria, yeast and Spinning & weaving products, PCB boards, paper, soil and other samples.

Principle
The device pulverizes the sample through the vertical vibration mode of the grinding bead. During the grinding process, the equipment uses an imported Compressor to provide cooling function, so that the temperature of the grinding chamber can be precisely controlled within the set range, ensuring that the sample is always in a low temperature state, so as to meet the processing requirements of heat-sensitive materials.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate adapter and grinding beads according to the sample volume and type.
2. Load the sample and ground beads into the adapter and seal.
3. Put the adapter into the device and close the cabin door, and the device electromagnetic locking protection is activated.
4. Set parameters such as grinding time, homogenization speed and target temperature through the LCD Touchscreen.
5. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
6. After grinding, remove the adapter and separate the sample from the grinding beads.

• Please choose the appropriate adapter according to the sample compatibility to avoid overloading.
• Make sure the adapter is properly sealed before operation to prevent sample leakage.
• The equipment is equipped with electromagnetic locking protection, do not force open the cabin door during operation.
• When cleaning, disinfect the stainless steel cavity with a suitable detergent.
The equipment is heavier (73kg), so it is necessary to pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
