Overview
LC-FG-96 Frozen Grinder is a high-throughput sample prepative instrument with low temperature processing function. It is designed with international DIN method, which has low noise, easy use and stable performance, and can ensure that the grinding process is always in a low temperature state, meeting the application needs of heat-sensitive materials and biological fields. The equipment is suitable for plant, animal, bacteria, yeast samples, and can also be routinely crushed for soft and medium-hard samples such as Spinning & Weaving products, PCB boards, paper, soil, etc.

Principle
The frozen Grinder adopts the vertical vibration mode of grinding beads, and the sample tube is fixed by the adapter. Under high-speed vibration, the grinding beads impact and rub the sample to achieve crushing, grinding or homogenizing. At the same time, the imported Compressor of the equipment provides cooling function, which can control the temperature of the sample chamber within the set range during the grinding process, ensuring that the heat-sensitive sample is effectively processed in a low temperature environment.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate adapter and grinding beads according to the sample volume and requirements.
2. Load the sample and grinding beads into the sample tube and seal.
3. Place the sample tube into the adapter and fix it in the instrument cavity.
4. Set the grinding time, homogenization speed and required temperature through the LCD Touchscreen.
5. Start the equipment and the grinding process will be carried out automatically.
6. After grinding, take out the sample tube for subsequent processing.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V 50Hz.
• Please confirm that the sample tube is properly sealed and fixed before operation.
• Select the appropriate grinding bead specification and grinding method (dry grinding, wet grinding or low temperature grinding) according to the sample characteristics.
• When cleaning the inner cavity of the instrument, follow the relevant disinfection specifications.
• The device is equipped with electromagnetic locking protection, do not force it to open during operation.
• Pay attention to the temperature control range of the instrument (-50 ℃~ 37 ℃) and the temperature control accuracy ( +/- 0.5 ℃).
