Overview
The HACA-3650 High Accuracy Color Analyzer (industrial grade) uses an excellent Optical inspection system to achieve High Accuracy measurement of parameters such as Color, color difference, whiteness, yellowness, Light spectrum reflectance, Reflectance, Light spectrum Transmittance, light transmitance, etc. The instrument refers to the measurement requirements of international standards such as CIE, ISO, ASTM, DIN, JIS and national standards such as GB/T, and is the preferred solution for Color High Accuracy measurement.
Features
1. Color Measurement accuracy: Light spectrum instrument development and production experience of nearly 30 years, dozens of technologies, so that the system has excellent spectroscopic color measurement performance.
2. Excellent deep gamut measurement performance, still has high accuracy and Repeatability in dark materials.
3. Dual beam of light feedback system, real-time monitoring and compensation of Illuminant fluctuations.
4. Automatic zoom function, according to different measurement aperture, automatic zoom.
5. Compatible with reflection and transmission measurement, SCI and SCE two test modes are available.
6. UV correction function, can effectively regulate the UV composition of Illuminant, suitable for the measurement of fluorescent color.
7. The measurement Repeatability Delta E * ab is less than 0.015.
8. Multifunctional management analysis software: including Color, reflectance, Transmittance, hiding ratio measurement and statistical analysis functions.
Principle
The HACA-3650 High Accuracy Color Analyzer uses the principle of spectrophotometry. For reflection measurement, a d/8 (diffuse illumination/8 ° reception) geometry is used, with the choice of SCE (excluding specular reflection) or SCI (including specular reflection) mode. For transmission measurement, a d/0 (diffuse illumination/0 ° reception) geometry is used. The instrument monitors and compensates for Illuminant fluctuations in real time through a dual beam of light feedback system, ensuring measurement Stability.
Applications
Consumer Electronics, Plastics, Coatings, Spinning & weaving, Encasement Packaging Materials
Standards
CIE、ISO、ASTM、DIN、JIS、GB/T
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power and warm up.
2. Select the corresponding Measurement mode (SCI/SCE) and measurement aperture according to the measurement requirements (reflection or transmission).
3. Use a standard whiteboard to calibrate.
4. Place the sample to be tested in the measurement area.
5. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically completes the data collection.
6. View and analyze measurement results (such as Color Parameters, Spectral Curves, etc.) through supporting software.
7. After the measurement is completed, turn off the instrument.
Notice
• Before measurement, make sure that the instrument has been preheated and the standard whiteboard is calibrated.
• Measurement mode and UV correction function according to sample characteristics (e.g. dark, fluorescent).
• Make sure the measurement aperture matches the Sample size and place the sample correctly to cover the measurement area.
Keep the measurement environment stable, avoid direct light and violent vibration.
• For transmission measurement, use a suitable Cuvette for liquid, particle or powder samples.
• Maintain and calibrate instruments regularly to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• When operating the software, please follow the instructions to avoid misoperation.
