Overview
YDX DW-3 Thermometric Paper is a temperature measurement product with a minimum temperature of 50 ° C. The model DW-3 (50.70.85) Temperature range includes three temperature points of 50 ° C, 70 ° C, and 85 ° C. The Thermometric Paper has 3 temperature grids, each temperature grid corresponds to a temperature point. When the temperature of the equipment reaches the corresponding temperature, the temperature grid will change from white to red or Miscellaneous Color to record temperature changes. The product has a protective film, which has the advantages of anti-fouling, oil-proof and waterproof, prolonging the service life.
Features
1. Easy to inspect, Thermometric Paper Changes Color with Temperature, Easy for Staff to Find and Take Measures in Time
2. Easy to carry, light and convenient, uncover the backing paper and paste it on the temperature measurement part
3. Affordable, more cost-effective than Miscellaneous temperature measuring instruments
4.3 grid irreversible temperature measurement sticker, with protective film, waterproof and oil-proof
Principle
DW-3 Thermometric Paper realizes temperature monitoring through temperature-sensitive materials. When the device temperature reaches a preset temperature point, the corresponding temperature grid window will change from white to red or Miscellaneous Color, which is irreversible, thus recording the temperature change process.
Applications
Equipment temperature monitoring, industrial temperature measurement, electrical equipment inspection
Standards
The product information does not mention relevant standards
Steps
Step 1 Uncover Thermometric Paper
2. Paste Thermometric Paper on the surface of the part that needs to monitor the temperature
3. Observe the color change of the temperature grid. When the temperature reaches the preset point, the corresponding temperature grid will be discoloration
Notice
• Thermometric Paper discoloration is an irreversible process, once the discoloration cannot be restored
• Make sure the surface of the temperature measurement part is clean and drying before pasting
• Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, humidity or oily environments
• Temperature changes should be recorded in time after use
